Will it be a good decision to go for Network Marketing? Is Network Marketing a scandal?
Everyone who is reading this must have a whole lot of questions about the topic that what is MLM? After researching a lot I finally decided to move the curtains of this topic. Welcome, all of you to my official blog "networkeraarif.blogsopt.com", here I will answer each question and doubts of all your answers and will disclose what is the reality of MLM? Some people say this is as Network Marketing, Chain Marketing, Scheme|Scam|Scandal. In this blog, I will give you full details of both positive and negative aspects of the Network Marketing Industry so STAY TUNED..!!
If we look closely, Multilevel Marketing is a "Well Though Philosophical Scientific Process". It is the marketing of goods and services. MLM in its own is a very good industry to build our future. If it has such a good image then why people aren't joining in this MLM INDUSTRY? Why Network Marketing has a bad image and impact on the public?
In these industries, there are two types of things and that is
1. Either there are some companies, as they are Saradha, Speak Asia and there are many more who have come to the market to with a Binary Plan and with huge growth, they will make many Millionaires and suddenly will go vanish in no time. This type of bad experiences irritates us a lot and make us worried and at the same time gets us confused about whether to join MLM/ Network Marketing or is it good to go over this industry?
Just remember friends, "SCHEME" and "SCAM" have destroyed the image of MLM Industry, Otherwise, it's full proof powerful one and only industry which is making very fast, good, and stable Millionaires.
Give attention friends, MLM is not bad, it's not that here two things are not good and that is
1. Either the company is SCAM as the examples as I have mentioned before, who will come into the in this market with this mindset that just robs the money from the people and will get vanished in no time.
2. This reason is also the main factor because of which people aren't joining MLM are because of the people who join here and didn't get the success they go out and do criticize this industry so much that they don't want others to join in this as because they are not successful and they don't other's also to succeed.
Just like channel distribution is a process, the same way MLM/Network Marketing is a process of Network Distribution. Here distributor's, individual are present who are directly connected with the manufacturer and deliver the goods/products to the Consumer. In fact, the Government of every Country has now recognized MLM and has brought up some of the rules and regulations regarding MLM. We just have to make sure before joining a Company that is this Company legit? Or is there any scam in this Company?
Now let's get to understand the MLM by three things and they are:-
1. People and Philosophy
2. Product
3. Plan, Profit, and Payout
Explaining all those labels so according to the serial
1. People and Philosophy:-
People and Philosophy is important to get to notice before joining up a company, don't see how much you are going to earn from this company, just don't look forward that how early we can be a Millionaire. Whenever you are going for a certain company just see how's their people and philosophy?
Philosophy means, what is the motive or goal of that company?
1. Does that Company have a binding force because of which people are joining
2. Does that Company's people's culture is enriched
3. Does that company's people leadership is very impressive
4. Does that Company focuses on Training and Methodology more
5. In a Network Industry, if any company doesn't focus on learning and development
Be ALERT..!! The company's that won't be focusing on learning and development that company won't run very much it's a SCAM..!!
If a Company always talks about profit and the culture is all about profit and profit, the company which doesn't have any people and philosophy. Here in this company, you will be meeting some of the greedy people who only know how much profit they are going to earn? A dream is another thing, but running a company on a purpose which is a binding force that acts upon and becomes an organizational belief.
In MLM, if you succeed or you won't succeed that doesn't matter but if you are constantly learning from the training modules that are provided by the company is going good, there are good peoples, their philosophy and their roots are based on morals, there is honesty, integrity, principles, values, and ethics are focused in any company then if you don't succeed it will not matter. The thing which will matter the most is that it will focus on your development and skills. In this industry, we get to develop ourselves a lot where people and philosophy are good and in there, our growth will expand very much.

In Network Marketing, there are many persons/distributors who are still there without a salary and have a high motivational mindset in them.
In the Corporate world, which offers so many facilities of high salary, high incentive, high payout, HR policies, HR facilities but still there's no motivation in the employees of that organization.
It happens only in Network Marketing where because of culture people develop a lot.
The second thing that comes here is the product
2. Product:-
How should be the product?
Is the company's product was made only to loot people, or to make them fool, or to make a scheme. There are many company's who have many Millionaires but they have only focused to sell schemes, they were selling concepts. Are they only giving us payout to recruit people?
Be ALERT..!!
The product should be good, by using which you will be enjoyable.
Finally, the last one which is very much important "Marketing Plan, Profit and Payout"
3. Marketing Plan, Profit, and Payout:-
Profit is the last and the main thing, the first two are the seeds of MLM if those two were well and good plan and profit will be automatically good. We will just need to see that is there any rules or pay scheme that the company is paying you at the end of the year, are you getting a payout every week or every mth which is a very important thing to understand. Plan and profit should be reasonably good for you to work on, if the previous two things are well and good then don't worry about the income it will be just awesome. Actually in Network Marketing what works is Power Of Compounding, do all of you know who are reading this blog that what is Power of Compounding? Sir, Albert Einstein used to say that "Compound Interest is the 8th Wonder of the World"
In here let's take up two examples suppose we are planting a
Wheat Crop or a plantation of
Wheat, the time duration we need
is maybe a whole lot of 4 months to successfully harvest that crop and again after 4 months, we can reverse the same process.
In another example, if we are planting a
Mango Tree yes it's true that maybe we can't get any mango for 4 or more years but after crossing that 4 years, the next 200 Years it will continuously give the Mango.
This is Network Marketing..!!
People used to say us that Network Marketing is a Billionaire's Business just come and join here and you will be Billionaire. Here is completely lying to you I will explain this that why he is lying to you. That person is cheating on you it won't happen that just by joining MLM you will be a Billionaire it's not like that. It has never happened and will never be "No Business can make you a Billionaire overnight" it's just a scheme, a scam to fool people.
In Network Marketing everyone will have to work hard consistently and then after some time, it will give you a Compounding Result, now some poeple might think that in Corporate World we do hard work a lot then what is the difference between Job and Network Marketing? The difference is that yes everyone does hard work in their job also but the main thing which is different is that employees don't get compounding result. This is just the difference between Jobs and Network Marketing.
Is Any of These Things Easy?
1. Is it easy to become a Chartered Accountant
2. Is it easy to become a Company Secretary
3. Is it easy to become an IAS Officer
In simple words, nothing is easy in this world, suppose someone is not educated in Network Marketing or you are educated doesn't matter. If you are educated then it's good but if you are not educated then also it will work here in Network Marketing. You Hard Work is necessary, Network Marketing is the business of hard-working people. There are some people who say just make a network of people, for example, two people's and that two people will again refer this system to two people and you will be a Millionaire. This is a SCAM..!! It's making you fool.
Network Marketing is not that while referring to some people you will be rich and become a Millionaire. In here, if someone says you that just join Network Marketing all your dreams will be fulfilled
this will not happen. In Network Marketing you will have to work hard consistently from your first day then it will give high returns after some time. When you are going to join here you will start here you will earn an Active Income but after some time this Active Income will completely turn into a full-time Passive Income. This is the power of Network Marketing. Many Millionaires and Billionaires say that
"If you can't find a way to make money while you sleep then you will have to work till you die"
In MLM everyone can't succeed don't worry just go on to the training modules and do attend them this will have a high impact on our life's, every time wherever you go this knowledge will help you a lot, this Industry will make you strong from inside. There's completely nothing matters you will find wrong people everywhere you will some of them here also, but never lose your hope from the industry because of some wrong people or because of some wrong company. Identify the wrong people and wrong company wisely, otherwise, there are a lot of facilities in this industry which I am about to share with you.
Advantages of Network Marketing
1. In this Industry, we are able to write the amount of payout of our own.
2. If you are Hard- Working then your Payout is handsome, means you will get a handsome payout if you are hard- working.
3. Just by investing a very small we can expect a very high return
4. We can be Entrepreneurial Mentality, which is based on Time Freedom
5. We are stagnant on a one place market, we can travel anywhere and on anytime to build our business
6. Building more relations, this is the only industry we can get numerous family, friends while working here
7. Extreme Respect, here we can get extreme respect which may
a political leader or actor can't get
8. Recurring Revenue Model, just work once and that income will rise and will never become zero if for god's sake something unusual happens to you but your income will remain safe and will go safely to your family which happens here only in Network Marketing.
In this Industry, four things don't matter
1. Age
2. Religion
3. Sex
4. Caste
5. Education
The main problem that comes in Network Marketing that comes here is that is your Psycho-Physical Nature matches with this Industry.
There are four types of Psycho-Physical Nature's
1. Action Man:- Keywords for Action Man are:- Action Man are, that type of persons who work on Ambitions and has big dreams, works on aspirations, beliefs in right-now right here, is a decisive person, has great speed in learning and implementing things, is a goal oriented person. Has high energy, always moving ahead, efficient, productive person, well performing downline, is very objective
2. Process Man:- Keywords for Process Man are:-Process Man are that type of persons, System oriented person, a process-oriented person, walks on the path of facts, not in the path of dreams, this type of person needs data, logic, number, analysis, this person will work only on facts, doesn't go very and not at all emotion-oriented if you will make that person dream big will not like you, likes to walk step by step, keywords for this person works on procedure, planning, testing, systematic step by step, logical step by step this two reasons these people are not going to get success in Network Marketing because of Step by step approach and logical analysis.
3. People Man:- Keywords for People Man are:- People Man is that type of person who is emotional, collaborative in nature, cooperative, coordination, togetherness, team bonding, team spirit, happily ever. This type of person is not good in sales but is very well in making up relations with people's
4. Idea Man:- Keywords for Idea Man are:- Idea Man is that type of person who is constantly bringing up new ideas, is creative, is alternative, this type of persons never get stuck, eagerly talks about the new possibilities, makes new solutions, talks about innovation,

Always be are of the fraud or SCAM Companies and never ever go too wrong persons and wrong Uplines. Avoid those tactics or methods who are offering to give quick money and make money quickly. This Business is for Hard-Working people's, hard working person can join good company's and can produce vast results.
Knowingly or unknowingly I don't want to be a promoter or detractor of any company, Network Marketing Industry is very good and awesome. If you find a good company then just respect your upline very much, if you are respecting him/her blindly maybe that person is competent but believe me it will you only at last. If you aren't respecting your Upline then this process won't benefit you in any way or the other. Learn from your upline, there are some people who are the less competent person if they do respect their upline the one thing that develops is that belief system and this faith and belief gives them success very quickly. Respecting your Upline is also a good practice to get success in Network Marketing.
