Many people don't get this fact of working smart, I want to ask you a question do you want to spend your entire Network Marketing career by thinking that I am working hard and so it's sure that I am going to succeed. Hard Work means just go and on, and there's another option and that's smart work, working smartly and achieving goals. In this blog, what I am going to share with you guy's is how to work smartly and be a successful person in Network Marketing. So, first of all, let us know what is the difference between hard work and smart work.
For example, let us take an example, an owner of a company owns 5 Crore INR, which is near about $ 700,000 in USD and an Employee of that earns around $ 7,000 so what is the difference that is coming, the difference is near about 100 times, a difference of near about 100 times, does it mean that the owner of the company works 100 times more than the employees! and the answer is big "NO" he is not doing the work 100 times, you can go and ask him if he working 100 times more than his employees. In this world, people don't get paid according to their effort or hard work that they are putting on that particular work, they get paid according to the work done, how much work is being done and what is the output of that work. It means, how much the owner produces the results and output and how much the employees produces the results.
For example, let us understand this topic in Network Marketing scenario if a person is giving INR 1,00,000 or close to $ 1,400 turnover and you are giving INR 10,000 or close $ 150, then to whom will your company give more money obviously to the person who has given more turnover. It may be possible that for giving Rs 10,000 turnover you might have worked hard a lot, so what? you have worked hard a lot, but you won't get paid by your hard work, you will get paid by work is done and output. I don't want you guy's to give an INR 10,000 or INR 1,00,000, I want you to give an INR of 1 Crore or close to $ 1,50,000 but for giving that much amount of turnover what are the things that you have to do? do you have to work alone for giving that much amount of turnover? then the answer is no you don't have to work alone. There is a smart way and that is we need to build a team as soon as possible, creating a team which will give more output and the results. That team will do smart work for us, we will work less and output will be more and for implementing that smart work in Network Marketing we get an option to build a team, create a team as soon as possible. Now I will be announcing something, that I need to dig up a hole in this particular place and the depth of the hole should be 500 Metres and the person who will help me dig that hole, I will be giving him an INR of 10,00,000 or close to $ 15,000 and now you will get excited that you need that amount at anyhow. In this process of your's thinking that you will get that amount you will pick up your shovel and you proceed to dig up that hole. You are continuously giving hard labor to dig that hole and you are fully committed to completing your task, you spend near about 6 months for completing this task, 180 days have gone and as I have promised I gave that amount to the guy who has dig that hole. Now, one of your friends has also applied for that job, he thinks that no I won't work hard I will work smart and rents a machine for an INR 20,000 or close to $ 300 and starts digging up that hole that he is being instructed to do. Now as he is done a smart work, what do you think, what is the time he might have taken to complete that work, as expected he has completed it in just 1 day. Now, what do you think when will he get his amount of reward, on that same day or on the same day when he has completed his work, obviously in the same day. There are two options left for either you do "Hard Work" or you chose to do a "Smart Work".
Now let me present you a scenario of Smart Work and Hard Work.
Now, it's up to you what type of work you will choose, Hard Work or Smart Work, it's up to you that you want to get your work done in 1 day or wait for 6 months, because you won't get paid by the hard work you will get paid by the output. This is the difference between hard work and smart work, you need to do smart work, you can make a team by taking 6-7 years but you can make it, the thing is that that you won't get enough prospects they will come and go and the momentum will get lost. To get that momentum, you need speed and remember "Success Loves Speed" and when you are in speed it gets momentum and more people joins you and the retention rate is more! people won't leave you in that stage, but when we do things a little slow in Network Marketing, the team leaves us and it breaks the entire system.
